INDIANAPOLIS — Another CEO heads to Capitol Hill and is certain to face hard questions, and NASCAR has been hit with a lawsuit over racial discrimination.

The head of Mylan Pharmaceuticals, the company that makes and sells the EpiPen, will be on Capitol Hill Wednesday, Sept. 21.

Heather Bresch said it’s not true the company makes big profits off of its lifesaving allergy treatment.

Bresch’s written statements said Mylan makes about $50 off each pen after rebates, fees and other costs are deducted.

In other business headlines, NASCAR is being sued for allegedly trying to hinder efforts to bring racial diversity to the racing world.

Terrance Cox III, the CEO of Diversity Motorsports, claims that NASCAR refused to work with him and tried to prevent him from increasing the number of African Americans in the sport.

Cox is seeking $500 million in damages.

NASCAR denies discrimination and said in a statement that Cox’s suit is an attempt to gain publicity, and that it would pursue action against Cox for defamation.
